Outstanding service!! From the beginning when I first spoke to Kimberly (who is absolutely phenomenal) I felt like there was a true care for ensuring I was taken care of. I love that I did not have to lose my OEM windshield on my Challenger Scat Pack. Another glass company, I will not mention their name or their annoying jingle, wanted to put cheap China glass in it. The technician Jon was excellent. He communicated well with me before, during and after the installation. All involved in this process were well knowledgeable. 5 star service all around!

I wanted to leave a review for AmeriPro—Eli and Caleb were fantastic. I had an issue with my wife’s front windshield camera, and they were able to come out and recalibrate it quickly. They were professional, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything easy. Highly recommend AmeriPro. Thank you, gentlemen, for all your help. Mike

APAG SAVED ME MONEY!!! I called them to see how much a self-pay windshield would cost me and Kimberly H. checked with my auto insurance- quickly while I was on the phone!!- and walked me through the steps of filing with them- I did not have to pay!! She got me scheduled within just a couple of days!! And she was knowledgeable and friendly!! Jonathon W. was the installer, came to my work, installed and got me my keys back, it worked out wonderfully!! He was fast, friendly and it was free!! Thank you AmeriPro!! I Highly Recommend!!!

I had a cracked windshield and we contacted AmeriPro Glass in Jacksonville, Florida and I ask Kim the secretary and Caleb the technician about the windshield if it was original windshield from Subaru or OEM and Caleb the technician said "yes it is a OEM and not aftermarket but will not have the Subaru logo on it". So I waited for the car to be ready and I picked up the car. After a few days went by, it started to rain, and the dash started acting crazy which all derived from the installation from the windshield installed by AmeriPro. I was very, very disappointed in their work and for Dwayne, the manager, caring to address the issue. His insurance paid $687.24 for the installation, and now his calibration is off because of an aftermarket product. I tried several times to contact the manager, Dwayne, to fix this issue, but he is not returning calls, so we contacted the owner/ supervisor, Brad of Dwayne. Brad, the owner, told me that if I would take down the reviews, he would pay us $100. *The Better Business Bureau said we should not do that because companies like AmeriPro try to pay for good reviews and pay consumers to take down their reviews. *Also, take note that the po

After prior dealing with The Other Windshield repair company, you know their jingle - which was HORRIBLE - A friend recommended AmeriPro. From my initial contact with Kimberly, then with John coming to our home to replace - I can truly say my experience with AmeriPro was FANTASTIC! John (and Kimberly) provided that extra touch of service, are knowledgeable and professional. My expectations were certainly exceeded, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
